TESTIMONIALS
CHRIS YOUNG
In the fall of 2006, Chris was in a car accident that badly injured his right leg.
After struggling with the healing process, he decided that it would be better to have his leg amputated. Now, over a decade later, he aims to spend as much time outside enjoying an active lifestyle as he can.
His positive attitude and outgoing energy make it hard to resist getting up and putting on rollerskates yourself or tagging along for a hike.
Yanke Bionics is proud to have been part of helping Chris to continue thriving and living his life.
TIM MILLER
In 1999, Tim was struck by a vehicle while feeding dairy cows along the road near his farm.
He was badly hurt, and his right leg had to be amputated.
His determination and strength had him back working on the farm only a few months later.
Yanke bionics had been by his side since his amputation and we’ve been able to help Tim continue to do what he loves. Take care of his farm.
CODY WILSON
In April of 2019, Cody was in a workplace accident.
His knee was badly injured, and he suffered further complications from the surgery meant to repair his knee.
For the last few years, Cody has been fighting to regain his mobility. Now, with his new C Brace from Ottobock Cody is feeling confident and excited about getting back to an active lifestyle with his family.
We here at Yanke Bionics are so happy to see the immediate difference that the Ottobock C Brace had made in Cody’s life.
MAX WILLIS
Max is a newer patient at Yanke Bionics. He came to us around 6 months ago with some issues stemming from an improperly fit socket he’d been dealing with for a while.
Now, he’s excited for the nice weather to arrive so he can get back out on the golf course.
Max has the kind of positive attitude that will infect the room, and he was so pleased with the results of coming to Yanke Bionics that he sat down with us to chat for a bit.
MARY NEWLON
Mary has been coming to Yanke Bionics to help with her foot pain for 20 years. We sat down to talk to her about her experience with Yanke Bionics and how Roger, her Clinician, has helped her to remain active.
JUSTIN SELISKAR
In the summer of 2009, Justin Seliskar suffered a crushing injury to his left foot. He fought for weeks, but ultimately they had to amputate. His journey of recovery and his story are both inspiring.
Justin is no stranger to fighting, before his accident he was already deep into the world of combat sports. Now, he’s known around the world as one of the best trainers… and a man you want in your corner.
He’s worked with some of the greats, counting some of the best fight coaches and fighters as his friends.
Justin was nice enough to sit down with us and talk for a bit about his story and about his Ossur Cheetah leg.
